Cousin Craft
My aunt Cherene is a wonderful woman. She has blessed all of her nieces and nephews with so many fun and interesting experiences. I love her so much! I am lucky to have so many examples of women in my life. All of my aunts on both sides of my family are amazing women. One thing that Cherene does with us, that I think is really fun and great, is cousin crafts! This time we made some cute little paper books. It was a blast! They turned out so cute!

Christmas!
Christmas morning is always exciting. I got some beautiful new dishes! I was definitely spoiled with everything I got. Aubree and I also got some white robes that are so fluffy and heavenly! We wore them practically all day with the exception of when we went running up the canyon trail.
Mason painted a desk and chair for Miralva's Christmas present. He also upholstered the chair! It was very cute.
Christmas Eve at the LeFevre Home
We stuck with tradition on Christmas Eve and had a prime rib dinner with the Heap family at our home. Dinner of course was delicious thanks to everyone's yummy contributions and the entertainment of the evening was very...well, entertaining!
After the traditional prime rib dinner, and during the entertaining entertainment, we had some traditional eggnog shakes! I love these traditions of ours. :)
My dad always gets quite excited on Christmas Eve and I think it's safe to say that he and Teancum thoroughly enjoyed each other's company. Teancum was quite the little cowboy making over 8 seconds on a donkey, a camel, a horse, etc. It was very entertaining.

Aubree was an excellent filmographer. If that's even a word. I'm drawing a blank for the real word.
And of course we had to act out the traditional Nativity scene while reading Luke II. This year it featured Mason and Miralva as Joseph and Mary, Grandma and Bri as angels, and Teancum as the shepherds and wise men. He had several roles. Baby Jesus was a doll this year. Probably a little more appropriate than previous years. Mason is just a little too big to be playing the baby anymore.

The Christmas Spirit
I know this is a little bit late because technically Christmas is over for another year, but I think it's something we can remember all year! Watch this cute video!
The Christmas Spirit
I hope you all had the merriest Christmas! I definitely did. I will update with pictures, etc. later. Happy Sunday!

Snow Sculpting
It's that time of year again! We finally got some snow a couple of weeks ago and recruited friends and roommates to build a sculpture with us. This year it was the Sphynx. Credit must go to Casey for the idea. We used up just about all of the snow from Casey's front yard to build our giant creation but with everyone's help it only took us about an hour to complete. We were going to try building a pyramid with the snow from the backyard but Casey hurt his back while pushing the giant ball of snow to the front. Thankfully he is recovering quickly!
I promise I didn't try playing in the snow in a skirt, I just didn't have my camera until the day after we finished it.
We're looking for some inspiration from Calvin & Hobbes for the next snow storm!
